Remember that judge who refused to marry the interracial couple? No? Maybe this will refresh your memory. After reading this today, all I have to say is
PRAISE THE LORD! HALLELUJAH! PASS THE BISCUITS!!
and the reason he didn’t give an explanation is because he’s a racist asshole and no one was going to let him forget it.

I’m with you, Hallelujah! What the heck is it with people trying to impose limits on who you’re allowed to love. And this, this is just waaaaay over the line. They shouldn’t have been waiting for him to resign, they should have fired him immediately.

Wendy – I agree. I don’t know how the process works, but I’m surprised no one ever filed a complaint the first time he refused service.
